Dr. Scott Grover is a licensed clinical psychologist who provides training, counseling, and consulting services. With a background in training mental health professionals specializing in trauma treatments, he is particularly interested in research related to training humanitarian aid workers for high risk environments and the psychological aspects of security training. Scott enjoys backpacking, snow skiing, teaching, and playing soccer with peers and his children.

She specializes in transformational growth, resilience development and value-centered goal attainment. She brings a unique perspective to supporting global aid workers and offers a holistic view of trauma. She enjoys gardening, quality family time, and outdoor adventures.

Dr. Jacquelyn Millham is a licensed clinical psychologist with more than a decade of experience in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, with a special focus on team dynamics in cross-cultural environments. She is a former aid worker, with experience in refugee support (Somalia and Thailand) and co-founded a nonprofit addressing children at risk in Kenya. She enjoys outdoor recreation, travel, gardening and hiking.

Dr. Sheila Konyu Muchemi is a licensed clinical psychologist based in Nairobi, Kenya. She works in private practice. She has taught various courses at undergraduate universities in Kenya, and continues to provide trainings to different audiences on mental-health related topics. Dr. Muchemi has experience working in various inpatient and outpatient settings in the US where she obtained her doctorate degree. She enjoys traveling, a good novel, and spending time with friends and family.

Tala Noweisser is a licensed psychologist currently residing in Beirut, Lebanon. Having completed her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology in Canada, Tala had the opportunity to work with individuals coming from diverse educational, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds. Upon her return to Beirut in 2012, Tala offered counseling services in school, university, and private clinical settings. Tala is passionate about delivering webinars on topics like Trauma, Parenting, and Anxiety, among others. Tala offers clinical and training services in Arabic, French, and English.

Ieva Prapuolenyte-Nizaraly is a licensed psychologist based in Paris, France. In addition to operating a private practice, she works at a psychotrauma center for asylum seekers, providing training, group analysis sessions, and individual psycho-social support for social and humanitarian workers. With extensive experience in the humanitarian field, including twelve missions with various international NGOs, she continues her research in compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma. Ieva enjoys traveling, diving, trekking, and playing music.

He co-founded a nonprofit that partners with community leaders to design and launch wellbeing initiatives globally. In both therapy and training, Aaron uses this personal experience and insights to impart the key psychological skills for resilience in the face of adversity. He enjoys all things coffee, cooking, and travel.

Her clinical interests surround values clarification, meaning-making, resilience, assessment, and spiritual and psychological well-being following disasters. She enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and exploring nature preserves with her dog.

Dr. Annika Sridharan is a licensed clinical psychologist in Berkeley, California. She has supported survivors of severe trauma in US and international contexts for the past 30 years. She provides psychological care for asylum seekers and refugees with a relational and humanistic approach, along with training, supervision, and professional wellbeing support for staff working with traumatized communities. Annika speaks English, French, Spanish and Portuguese, and enjoys nature, reading, world music and dancing.

Brent enjoys international travel, mountaineering, and photography.

She gives training, webinars and is a lecturer and guest speaker on conferences in the Arab world. She is passionate about clinical work as a psychotherapist supporting patients suffering from PTSD, depression, bereavement, chronic illness, anxiety and burnout.
