Heather Hoffman is a licensed clinical social worker and trauma specialist, dedicated to helping people cope with the effects of chronic stress or trauma exposure. With over 20 years of experience providing mental health care to individuals in high-risk settings, Heather is passionate about staff wellbeing and supporting workplaces to be more trauma-informed and resilient. Heather speaks English and Spanish. In her downtime, she loves growing flowers, hiking, live music, and exploring new places.
