Why do some people seem to manage stress better than others? Why does our ability to manage stressful situations seem better or worse at different times in our life? These are great questions that have multiple answers.
We created this chart to talk about some of the answers to these questions that may be less obvious. We may be aware of certain external stressors in our life. We may also be aware of times in our life in which we had more or less support from friends and family. These are all relevant factors. But there can also be factors that are tied to how our body manages and recovers from stress that may be more hidden. We hope this chart will highlight a few of them and give insight into factors that can improve stress response.
