Self-care and lifestyle balance inventory
This scale examines some of the more effective physical, psychological and spiritual methods of staying balanced and preventing burnout (interpretation guidelines are on the second page).

ProQOL (Stamm, B.H. (2008)
This scale looks at the quality one feels in relation to their work as a helper. It examines compassion satisfaction, compassion fatigue, and burnout.
